Qui a Piqué mon Fromage?

Tuesday, February 27th, 2007

Create your own movie

Tuesday, February 27th, 2007

With the help of a professional coach, you can transform a non resourceful belief into an empowering one.

To install a new belief, e.g. “I create happy relationships”, focus on it as often as possible. Beliefs create outcomes. What you think about, becomes reality. To create the reality or the outcome you want, consciously create a belief that will produce this outcome.

Start by feeding the new belief into your mind as often as possible. Wipe out the old, non resourceful belief every time it shows up. In the same way you reinforced the old belief unconsciously by focusing on it in the past, you can use the same strategy and reinforce the new one so that it will take hold.

Think of this new belief during the day, at work, while jogging, as often as possible. Act as if the new belief was completely true for you. This will create new feelings and thoughts. You will begin to act differently. The key is to keep focusing on what you want. Not on what you don’t want! Then you will create the outcome you want to realize in your life.

Next, become the director and lead actor in your movie. Visualize. Choose the scene. Make it about an outcome you want to realize. See yourself getting the results of the new belief. This makes you feel happy, satisfied. Make the movie as vivid as possible. What do you see; hear, feel and how does this make you feel? Re-make this movie as often as possible, ideally just before you fall asleep and upon waking. With time, the new belief will take all the place and the old limiting belief will dissolve. You will get the results you want. Understand that you create whatever happens to you, and you do this by focusing your mind through your beliefs in certain ways. Master your beliefs, learn to use them consciously and intentionally and you will master what happens in your life.

Une mission dans la vie

Monday, February 26th, 2007

Making Your Intention Your Reality

Thursday, February 22nd, 2007

“Declare yourself to be a genius!…this should be a statement of intention between you and your Creator. Remind yourself that you’re one of the masterpieces that emanated from the universal field of intention. You don’t have to prove that you’re a genius, nor do you need to compare any of your accomplishments to those of others. You have a unique gift to offer this world, and you are unique in the entire history of creation.”

Wayne W. Dyer

La zone de confort et votre succès

Wednesday, February 14th, 2007

“Power thinking, not positive thinking.”

Wednesday, February 14th, 2007

“With positive thinking, we believe that our thoughts are true. Power thinking recognizes that nothing has meaning except for the meaning we give it. And since we’re making up a story anyway, we might as well make up one that supports us.”

T.H. Eker
