Q-Encountering negative beliefs and how to deal with them?

A-With training in meditation or visualization, an individual can become more self-aware. When you encounter a limiting belief about something or other, you will probably feel worried, afraid or defensive. But, focusing on what you don’t want to feel or on what you don’t want… period is exactly what makes individuals experience negative or non resourceful feelings.

The key then is to begin focusing immediately on what it is you DO want. If you prefer, use the ideas of what you don’t want to trigger questions such as: “What do I want now? or What can I do to get what I want?” This makes you change your focus immediately. You will feel better and these questions will quickly put you in the driver’s seat. They will mobilize you because you will be coming from more resourceful beliefs. Try this!
